I seriously think this is the best neoprint I've taken haha. Oh well, i'm kind of -argh- today. I was supposed to collect my testimonial and student portfolio today but there are errors. I couldn't accept the credit for something i've not done and at the same time i might need these certificates for my interview this sat. I requested the GO and my CT to amend it asap but they don't seem to bother too much about it. I don't understand why people wouldn't go an extra mile to help another and thats why i want to work in the service industry. i truly understand how customers would feel and I definitely wouldn't want my customers to go through what I'm going through now. bad service. Can singapore ever achieve a world class status in the form of service standards with the unpleasant attitude of service providers today? i can't stress enough the importance of providing a good service. They can really make or break one's day. To make someone happy or to make someone irritated, its your choice.

Went to chill at Clarke Quay with part of my clique..
Christmas lightings are up at Orchard.
I really want to fly.. I'm finally done with my A levels. It seems not too long ago when I stepped into the General Office of TJ for an interview with the VP and HOD two years ago, and zoom, two years have passed. Life in TJ was more of an exposure and new experiences.
Windsurfing and sailing were some of the sports I never thought I would be able to engage in, but thanks to the sports carnival we had, i got a chance to.
Of course there's OBS, which everyone thought was a 5 day residential course. We had a shock when it turned out to be a mobile course. The journey was tough i don't deny, carrying that 10kg ( i think) backpack hiking for 8 hours under the hot sun and kayaking for 6 hours under the rain! Its really dramatic, we had to eat our lunch under the coconut trees, all drenched and cold. At the end of the day its the satisfaction yielded and the friendships forged that makes it all worthwhile.
The best is still the skiing trip to Korea. Its really fun and not difficult to pick up. The homestay was great but the language barrier is still a problem.
There are memories of Choir too, though not all are good ones. Its stressful to sing in TJ choir especially when i'm not as musically inclined as many others and when you have a really strict conductor. There are good memories too, singing in the Esplanade Concert Hall was an honor, caroling sessions during Christmas season, concerts and choreo, SYF. Most importantly the choir clique, everyone there, they were really great! Very encouraging and helpful and fun too, haha.
My clique which is most of the girls in our class. Nice and true people, who can go crazy and serious at appropriate times.
These things make up most of my memories in JC life. Not too bad except for the academic part, which I really don't like. I'm glad it has all ended. A new chapter of my life is about to begin. What is it, i'm not sure as well. Will I be able to get into the course I want? Or would I be so lucky that I would be to fly? Or something else? We'll see.
